- Cooking time – 10 minutes
- Prep time – 10 minutes
- Total time – 20 minutes










Ingredients
- 350 g radish thinly sliced
- 1tbsp coconut oil
- 1 sliced onion
- 1tsp chopped Garlic
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1tbsp chopped maldives fish
- curry leaves
- pandan leaf ( small piece)
- 1/2 tsp tumaric powder
- 1tbsp chilli flakes
- Sliced green chilli
- 50 thick coconut milk
- salt
Method
- Heat the pan,add oil into it.
- Add the mustard seeds,curry leaves and panden leafs
- add onion and garlic saute for minute or two in slow fire.
- add the radish,fallow with tumaric powder ,and chilli flakes.mixed well cook in a slowfire.
- Finally add maldives fish flake and coconut milk close from a lid and cook until radish are tender .
- Season with salt.
- Served with rice
