Ingredients
- 1tbsp tumaric powder
- 100 g Dried red chili
- 100 g Coriander seeds
- 25 g Black pepper
- 30 g Fennel seeds
- 20 g Cumin seeds
- 25 Curry leaves
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1tsp cardamom
- 1tsp cloves
- 1stick cinnamon
Method
- Heat the large pan roast the curry leaves for under low fire Stir time to time until its get dry.
- Take off the curry leaves from the fire.then dry and roast the corriander seed under slow fire.
- roast the black pepper as above.
- Roast the fennel seeds as above
- Dry and roast the cumin seeds as above and keep all ingredients separately
- Roast the red chilli as above in a slowfire.
- roast cardamom ,cinnamon and cloves in slowfire
- Take a grinder add all ingredients into it,blande until its come to smooth powder.
