Today im happy to share one of healthy salad with my fans and friends.this is very light salad.ideal for dinner.high protein and nutritions.lets try the recipe
- Cooking time – 10 minuts
- prep time – 5 minutes
- Total time – 15 minutes

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Chopped onion
- 300 g Chicken fillets
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 3tbsp youghrt
- 3tbsp olive oil
- 100 g baby Spinach
- 50 g pomegranate seeds
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of sugar
- 1tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and crushed black pepper
Method
- Take a bowl.add chicken fillets mixed with curry powder,chilli power and youghrt.
- Keep a side for few minutes.
- Meanwhile wash the baby spinach and keep a side to drain the water.
- Chopped onion and remove the seeds from pomegranate fruit
- Heat the pan add few drops of olive oil.add chicken fillets and fry both sides for few minutes until its cook.
- Make sure to cook chicken fillets in slow fire
- take bowl add the chicken fillets ,baby spinach ,chopped onion and pomegranate seeds
- toss the salad with vinegar ,sugar lemon juice,salt and pepper .
- Make sure to toss the salad just before the service.
