Ingredients
- 200 g Clean calamari rings
- few drops of olive oil
- 2 tsp of chopped garlic
- Pinch of chopped curry leaves
- 50 ml ceram
- 2 tbsp white wine
- Chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Heat the pan.add few drops of olive oil.
- Add calamari and chopped curry leaves,add white wine.
- Saute for few minutes.add garlic cook in slow fire.
- Add cream and reduce for few minutes
