Ingredients
- 200 g boild and diced fish
- 100 g jullian of carrots
- 50g shred cabbage
- 50 g snackgord rings
- 25 g choppped olives
- 1tsp choppped capers
- chopped handful corriander leaves
- 1tsp lime juice
- salt and pepper
Method
- Boiled the fish and allow to cool.
- Cut the carrots and cabbage into jullian
- Take bowl and add all ingredients into it.
- Mixed well with lime juice ,salt and pepper
- Served the salad chilled.
