Ingredients
- 3 beaten eggs
- 2tsp olive oil
- 50 g diced carrots
- 50 green peas
- hand full finely sliced spring onion leaves
- 300 g cooked basmathi rice
- 1/2 tap cajun spices
- Salt
- pepper
Method
- Heat the wok add olive oil,then add beaten eggs mixed well in medium heat.
- Add the carrots cook for two to three minutes.
- Add green peas and basmathi rice into the wok and toss well.
- Add the cajun spices,salt and pepper,season well.
- Finally add the spring onion leaves.
- Served hot.
